1028am.  I’ve already had breakfast, taken photos of the lovely Coreena, corresponded with NY friends and taken a nap.

This is why I love waking up early, I’ve still got a whole day left!

Also, my harebrained idea for Coreena and I to get up before dawn, have some delicious pancakes (she didn’t like pancakes!!! but she was on vacation and tried them and loved them! Dupar’s, man, making folks love pancakes since 1938) and shoot with the sunrise?

Genius.  Not only can I get some fresh back lighting, but the streets? It’s like Night of the Comet at 7am on a Sunday.  Gotta find me more folks willing to pose for me at sunrise.

Though, it was cold. And Coreena did call me a wimp for being cold.  It was at that point I mentioned that I am an EMT, and watch people die.  Wimpy thin blood, but hella thick mental fortitude.
